This is a very interesting restaurant. First off, when you walk in its a bit confusing about what to do. My group stood in the front of the restaurant for 5 – 10 minutes before we found a waitress and she directed us to a table. We just had a long drive so we were in the mood for a beer. The beer came out and it tasted like piss. All the beers lacked flavor and were flat. Avoid the beer, or at least the drafts. We ordered the honey BBQ and the BBQ siracha wings and a couple orders of nachos as appetizers to hold us over until our meatlovers pizzas were ready. And thank god we did. The pizzas took 90 minutes to come out. This seemed like the norm for this place judging by when the pizzas of other tables came out, so if your ordering pizza I would order ahead. Otherwise, be prepared to have a 2 – 3 hour meal. I actually really enjoyed the food, especially the wings, but that pizza taking forever was unforgivable. If you don’t pre-order I highly recommend just ordering the wings. They were perfectly crispy and had a lot of flavor. They didn’t overdo the sauce either. The wings were just right. To summarize, preorder pizza or you’ll be waiting 2 hours. And definitely try their wings.

This place has the best pizza I have had outside of NY. Seriously. The pies are very large, and they have a great selection of toppings. Yesterday, we tried the garlic knot pie, which was incredible. The garlic knot crust was amazing, a nice amount of sauce, and sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese. They have a nice selection of beer as well. The one star deduction is for the sometimes slow service. We have been here 5 or 6 times and the service is generally slow. If you are in a hurry, you may want to opt for getting it by the slice at the counter. One positive here is that while it can get crowded, I have yet to see it so crowded that you have to wait for a table. We went there for a quick lunch on Valentine’s Day, and we were seated immediately, while the Long Trail Brewery down the street had a 3 hour wait. They recently opened an ice cream shop next door, but it was closed during our visit. It looks to be pretty good, and they sell maple syrup as well.

After we were faced with a 2+ hour wait at Long Trail, I did a quick Unilocal search and saw that Ramunto’s was less than two miles away. Within ten minutes, not only did we make it here, but we were also seated in a spacious booth that comfortably fit our entire party of 8. And to top it off, the menu had way more food and beer options then long trail did… Score. I guess at it’s core, this is a pizza place, but the menu had a ton of other foodstuffs like nachos, sandwiches and wings. The maple bbq wings were hard to resist, and I ended up ordering that as my lunch. The sauce was sweet and tangy, the wings were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The blue cheese sauce had thick chunks of blue cheese, which I love. Basically, the wings were incredible. Everyone else at the table was really pleased. Although my friend’s meat lovers calzone was steeply priced at 15 dollars, it was enormous and could have easily fed a few people. The pulled pork nachos also came with a very large portion as well. All in all, it was a great experience except for one strange thing that I need to get off my chest. The Long Trail IPAs were clearly marked as 4 dollars on the menu, but when our bill came we were charged 6 bucks for each. Because we ordered a few, we asked the waitress about the error. Instead of apologizing for the misprint and then honoring the original marked price(which any restaurant I’ve ever been to would do) she angrily told us that we read it wrong(even though it was their typo…) and that they wouldn’t honor the lower price… At the end of the day two dollars is no big deal, but that is definitely poor customer service and is something that I’ve never encountered at a restaurant before! Price confusion aside, this is definitely a very solid lunch or dinner option. Especially when a two hour wait at long trail is just far too long!

The pizza crust was bland along with the tomato sauce. The Caesar Salad was very small. Poor value. The atmosphere on the deck was very nice and they had a wide selection of beers.

The best of everything! Great beer, down east cider, house made sangria, salads, pizza and the artichoke dip is to die for! Do NOT miss this place when you hit the Woodstock area. The cool old mill building and service add to the overall experience. Just wish we lived closer so we could revisit.

Best pizza I’ve had in years. Restaurant was clean. Had great service. The owner waited on us and he could not have been nicer. I’ll be back.

The serve was fantastic! The owner was great and had an awesome personality. Very relaxed. The food is so good, it made me ignore the sounds of the pool and air hockey tables. Well done! Stop in and try it out. You won’t be disappointed !

This place is great — awesome vibe, the pizza is huge and so tasty, they have the best greek salad filled with lots of add-ons(olives, yellow peppers, artichokes, roasted red peppers, cucumbers etc)! This is very casual and always have a homemade special — loved the veggie lasagna! They have some incredible and unique beers on tap — and I can’t even count all the taps they have! Andy runs the show and is always hysterical! A fave local spot in vermont!

I only give a one because there is no zero. Andy the owner is rude, loud and doesn’t care. This shows in his employees. You come in they all stare at you long jawed. I live here and need a pizza fix once in a while. If you must make sure you order wings well done then they may be cooked through. If you can wait till another town for pizza!

Just around the corner from Woodstock or Killington Ramunto’s is worth the extra mile. This place is really cool. A great atmosphere with friendly service and a bartender that is super nice! The food is awesome — it exceeds expectations! If you like pizza, there is nothing better around. Fresh ingredients and creative options using local ingredients where they can. My personal favorite is the Vermonter. Who would have ever thought that apples and pizza would work together but they do and oh so well — of course there are things other than apples — but check it out for sure. Also worth noting are their chicken wings. The Buffalo are the bomb! Wrap up your meal with one of their home made deserts. Their ice cream is a home run! Don’t miss this place! It’s great!

A friend recommended this place saying it was the best pizza they’ve ever had. It was good, but definitely not the best. It tasted just like Sbarro, which I could have gotten at the mall. They only offer one size pizza, which is huge. We had half a pizza left over and our hotel didn’t have a fridge or microwave. If your visiting Killington for a short time as we did, don’t waste your dinner on this place.

Worst service ever in my entire life. We asked the server at the bar to provide menus and he was so rude. He told us that he was busy and that we could leave if we didn’t like it. Even though he had menus in his hand. We were appalled. We got up to leave and he followed us out the door. My friend is a law enforcement officer in NJ and he basically told him to go back where your from. We definitely will never go back because of the hostile environment that was created for no apparent reason other than us expecting good customer service. We can find good food elsewhere in the area. Especially Pizza.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. 20 of us stopped by for dinner on our way back from 36 holes of golf, and the place couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s spacious, extremely casual, well equipped with televisions and, most importantly, the food is tremendous. The pork nachos are every bit as good as they sound, and both the regular and Sicilian pies are equally delicious. Couple that with a spectacular mix of beers on tap and an owner who went out of his way to take great care of us(friendly, funny.. .we practically wanted to have him come golfing with us the next day) and this place gets top marks on all the areas that count in a pizza & beer joint. We’re sure to return; fellow Unilocalers looking for a fantastic pie and pint joint would be well advised to do the same.

Health department needs to shut this place down. The place looks clean if you eat in but if you go to the take out side you can see where and who makes the food. Gross. Can’t review this place without being rude but if this pace was inspected it would get shutdown

Came here expecting a local pizza joint, and to be honest I kept my expectations low. This place was fantastic. The owner is behind the bar and serving tables enthusiastically describing every dish and making you feel right at home. He met our needs and anticipated what we would like with absolute precision. We had the Margarita special with fresh, local roma tomatoes and a garlic crust. The crust was perfect with a great snap and perfect chew. The pizza had fantastic flavor. We both ate well beyond full because it felt like a sin to leave anything on the plate. I will definitely be back. This place is fantastic!

Traveling on vacation it is often difficult to find a good local spot for a simple meal. Based on the recommendation of our innkeeper, we stopped by Ramunto’s for dinner — and I am really glad that we did. Their pizza is excellent, and very reasonably priced — a large pizza(and bacon-cheese fries) was more than enough for three of us. They have an extensive list of local beers on tap, and even a draft root beer which my 12 year old daughter loved. The owner stopped by our table several times to make sure we had everything that we needed. He was friendly, funny, and clearly cared about his customers(I saw him performing this same check on many tables throughout the evening — seriously, this guy never stopped moving). What made this a truly memorable evening was that we happened to be there on trivia night, when all of the locals come out for pizza, beer, and some friendly competition. We were invited to join the game, and after some hesitation, decided to go ahead and play. I was concerned that the local trivia masters would be irritated by some uppity out-of-state tourists invading their contest, but nothing could be further from the truth. While there was clearly some competiveness between the local teams, the entire atmosphere was more family fun than fight to the death. Everyone was very supportive, and when we actually won one of the rounds, the applause was just as loud for us as for any of the local teams. We really felt like part of the community — which was probably the best part of the whole night(although excellent beer, pizza, and service helped a lot too). I highly recommend Ramunto’s for excellent pizza, extensive local draft beer selection, and friendly service. And try to stop by on a Tuesday night for trivia night — you’ll have a blast.
