Such cute clothes and very good prices. BUT I ordered a very large order and in the mail I got one pair of these ugly kid pants so I called Customer service and they had sent me some other ladies order. I got no apology and she told me I could have a discount so hopefully I get that but for now I am out over 100.00 of kids clothes and not offered a discount or anything on my next order… so no more ordered for me. Too bad!

I found this store by accident by just visiting the Bridgewater Mall. I really liked the style of the clothing line so I preceded to become a regular shopper. In fact, I bought so much on my first visit that I was offered a «frequent customer card.» After I moved to Georgia this past August, I started purchasing online. I purchased many, many items. However(that this is where it gets bad) I had a problem with my last order. It never arrived. While I finally checked on my order status I saw that they claimed it was delivered(it wasn’t) and also that they had cancelled well over a dozen items from my order and never informed me. Every time I called or emailed customer service I had to deal with a new person all over again and explain the situation all over again. I was given different information from different people and did not receive the«call backs» that were promised to resolve the issue. I was finally offered a refund, which was then taken back. Then I was told to file I claim with the post office(this was denied since I was not the sender) then I was told another credit would be issued, which was than taken back again. In the end I was out nearly 200 dollars and was so angry and frustrated(and sick of the wasted time and effort) that I will never spend my money with this company again. I guess it is Zulily for me, this company lost my business for good.

I love the clothes at this store, and they often have good sales, but their customer service is unacceptable, and they are misleading their customers. The website clearly states that if you sign up to be on their e-mail list, then you will receive 15% off your next order. I was supposed to have received an e-mail with the 15% off code. I called customer service because after a week I still have not received the email. I have placed 3 large orders in one week, and I called customer service to find out if they could give me the promo code since they never sent it to me. Customer service states that they have never heard of this promotion, and that perhaps I was thinking of a sale that they had earlier on in the week. They refused to give me 15% off my order and acted as if I had fabricated this, when it pops up each time you visit their website. In addition, I had problem logging in and placing my order. Customer service was of absolutely no help. It’s almost as if they preferred that I didn’t place my order at all. I will not be shopping at this store anymore.
