Service is pretty good, but results disappear after the first week. Craig spent about 2 hours doing his business on my car — I had a couple of scratches from when I had used an ice scraper on the hood(dumb) and I had a number of paint chips from driving the 100K miles. The immediate results seemed very good. Almost all the scratches disappeared and he patched up my paint chips. I was pretty happy. I paid a fair amount — it was more than the $ 20 fo the 3M scratch repair kits, but much cheaper than a job at a shop. He told me not to wash the car for a bit, but rain shouldn’t be an issue. No problem. Rained twice since this was done(late October to early November) and ~300 miles later, I checked out the car, I noticed all the scratches are back — light and deep scratches all are visible. The paint chips are still covered at the moment. This would be great for when you’re returning your car for the end of the lease and perhaps when you’re about to trade in your car, but I cannot recommend it for an actual treatment for actual ownership of your car. There will always be a need for this service(even if it’s to trick the dealership or used car buyers), but it wasn’t for me.
