This place is a total nightmare. Disorganized, messy, and very unprofessional.
Brought a jacket in for alterations, was quoted 6 days for pickup, and when i showed up 2 days after quoted pickup date I was told «I forgot to do it.» I was then quoted 3 days more, and when I showed up 3 days past that date, it wasn’t ready yet with seams wide open.
