Disappointed with the owner’s way of handling an issue brought to his attention. My niece and I purchased four pieces of clothing total from his store, a purchase over $ 50. He was overly friendly at the time of our purchases. My sister in law returns to the store to ask the owner to come up with a solution since one of the shirts shrunk to the size of a child’s extra small. The shirt was an adult size medium. Nothing indicated how to wash the shirt or how to dry the shirt. The owner not only was rude, but incompetent in coming up with a satisfactory solution. He would not accept the shrunken shirt, offer her a new shirt, or even a shirt at a discounted price. Clearly the customer does not come first and treating customers kindly is not of importance at this business.

This store has everything you can imagine! Owner and workers are very courteous and helpful!
