Very nice place. Very clean, quiet part of town but still close to the highway. Pet friendly and safe area to walk the dog around. Great staff! Very well kept and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. I’m very glad I chose to stay here.

No elevator? Really? What multistory building built in the last 50 years doesn’t have a freakin elevator? I’m not opposed to using the stairs, I just don’t want to make multiple trips up and down them hauling in my gear. When I asked that girl at the front desk where it was, she told me, «actually we don’t have one… they actually forgot to put one in when they built the hotel.» …tell me you’re joking… I’m good with you not having one, but don’t LIE to me about it, just say no you don’t have one!!! Good grief!!!

Needed a place to stay on our road trip. Found this place. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Room was very clean and spacious. One of the better free breakfasts on our road trip.

Had a good 2 night stay at Crystal Inn Brigham City, Utah. The room was spacious with a nice tall divider wall between the bed and couch area. Making the room roomier. Something just nice about a big spacious, clean room. Front desk was friendly. Pool was a good temperature that you could actually swim. Exercise room was a bonus. I would recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here on our way to Provo. We have stayed at the Crystal Inn in Logan several times and have never had any issues, and this one was no different. Great service, clean room, and a pretty good breakfast. I will definitely be staying there again!

I actually found this place on Unilocal, and it had better ratings than it’s competitors nearby and the price wasn’t too much. We stayed 1 night while on our way from Yellowstone to Vegas. Those at the front desk were so kind and super polite. We got the last 2 rooms of the night and were getting ready to pass out. I honestly expected something dingy and bearable, nothing great. We walked into our rooms and I was WRONG. This place was so clean and the double queen rooms we had were HUGE! This has already become one of my favorite places to stay just from the Brigham City location. Staying here again.

We stayed at the Crystal Inn for one night. It’s close enough to the freeway, but not so close you hear the traffic. We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and for security reasons the entrance to the hotel was locked and they have a number posted to call to have the night staff to come let you in. I understand the logic behind this but they are relying in people having a cell phone. Luckily we had one but when we called the number it just rang and rang. Thankfully the clerk was coming from down the hall and saw us at the door. He said his phone never rang. I think there needs to be a better way at getting into the building late at night. We could have been standing there for a long time if he hadn’t seen us. Not what we wanted after a 12 hour drive and at 11:30pm. The parking lot is small but we were able to find a spot easily. So we check in and get to our room. Two queens beds. Average sized hotel room with a mini fridge and microwave. The beds we OK. Not the best but not the worst. About what you’d expect at a hotel. Starting at 4am I could hear the people above us(we were on the 1st floor). I could hear them talking, walking, and showering. By about 6:30am the halls were bustling with people and doors being closed. Hot water seemed adequate but the towels were thin and horribly rough. It is obvious they have been washed a few times too many. They didn’t work well to get your dry after a shower or bath. Internet access in our room was TERRIBLE! It was so slow and at times it didn’t work at all. I thought maybe it was my computer, but I was talking with a couple people in the breakfast room who all had the same problem. That made me think there was something wrong with their internet access, but I was able to use the pc in the lobby and had no issues with connectivity there so I don’t know what the problem was. The lady at the front desk gave me a number to call for help but since I was able to use the lobby pc I had no need(or time) to figure out what was going on. The continental breakfast was good. Nothing spectacular just your average fruit, cereal, yogurt, sausage, waffles, coffee, tea, juice, etc… My only complaint with the breakfast is that the juices were watered down. The breakfast area was small but it didn’t seem too crowded. I didn’t swim in the pool but my kids did. They said it was clean and was warm. There was hardly anyone in the pool, maybe 3 – 4 other people. None of us used the hot tub.

I had the pleasure of staying here on business for a week; my room smelled like old cigars, and had a lovely and commanding view of a giant utility box. But it was clean, conveniently located near the exit of this two horse town, and there is a gas station by the entrance where one can buy beer. If you must stay in Brigham City, which is something you should avoid doing if possible, this place has to be as good as any other.
