I came here with two friends yesterday with a groupon deal. The atmosphere was nice and cozy and they had the place decorated with Christmas decorations. Over the phone, they said they had appt for 2 ppl at 2oclock and 1 for 3′ o clock. When we got there at 2 the Russian lady in the front said 2 people would be together and 1 would be separate but we would go all at the same time. Which we were fine with. They took 2 of my friends in at 2:15pm and I was sitting on the couch waiting for them to call me. As 2:30pm came around, I asked them when would it be my turn. And the same Russian lady said «no I said 2 would go in at 2pm and 1 at 3pm» and I told her you said we can all go in together when we got here. And she kept saying no. Then I’m like okay whatever. So I sat down to wait. Around 2:45 I saw three people strolling in. And they sat on the couch next to me. Few minutes later, they were called in for a massage. NOW if they had extra masseuse, WHY COULDNT I GO FIRST?! Cuz I already waited 45 minutes. If they took me in with my friend at 2 I’ll be done at 3 and they can take the customer that came in afterwards. It Didn’t make any sense whatsoever. They also offered a Russian lady next to be tea and they didn’t offer me jack. I was sitting there staring my life away. Extremely rude staff. Finally they called me in at 3:30pm which is 30 minutes after my appointment ! Didn’t even apologize for the delay. And they offered me a male which i didn’t even want at all. So they switch to another lady. And this lady was the masseuse for my friend. So I had to wait until she was done with my friend before she can start on me. And I saw so many other staffs just standing outside yapping their life away. One of them could have taken me in. The lady, Olga, who did my massage was very nice and gentle. She was also very professional. I would give her 5 stars and the management 0 stars if I could. The Russian ladies in the front are so rude and will only treat you better if you are Russian yourself.

Love this place from the décor to services provided. Very clean! Never a disappointment. The staff is great. They are always willing to accommodate my schedule and take me at the last minute.

I have been here 3 times. Facials in general hurt but when it’s all done — i love that they leave my face looking clean and smooth. Yes, it sometimes looks red from all the gunk they took off my face but they do a great job. I will definitely keep going back. My person is Yulia and she is the best!

Came here for a reflexology massage, it was one of the best I’ve had so far. Will try this place again for other services.

The most disgusting stuff, terrible service, double prices and awkward owners. Never again!

I tried the #AirBubble, put me in nice state of mind, place is awesome. Staff is all that. They treat you like a king, Very cool place to spend the day with the wife, enjoy the juice bar next door while pampering yourself with #ArcanaJuventa’s Menu.

The place is indeed beautiful like the other reviewer wrote & very modern. However, I felt mislead. I bought a Groupon for a «lymphatic massage» which is hard to find in Brooklyn. When I got there they notified me that a machine does it NOT a live person. This is a major point that was not indicated on the Groupon «services description». When I brought this up to the person there she told me: «What did you expect for $ 17?» I admit that I was baffled by the low cost but it doesn’t change the fact that it wasn’t mentioned at all.

This anti aging spa is so beautiful. They do everything for body and hair. Reflexology, body massage, wraps, facial, hair removal, sauna, lymphatic massage, weight loss treatment, even makeup application and hair salon. The 24 carat gold facial by Nadia was absolutely amazing. She worked on me for an entire lovely hour. A facial like I never had before. I must return to try the air bubble machine and many other treatments. My friends had the deep tissue massage and reflexology and they loved those. All the staff was so friendly and my first visit felt like I knew them all my life.
