ABC Warehouse

I’m only giving it a star because I absolutely have to. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. You walk in no one bothers to ask you if you need help, then when you do need help, omg they have the customer service skills of a stump. They try to rip you off, so you have to be on your game and pay attention to what they are doing. Then if you ask to keep your receipt from a warranty credit that you used, they will not give it to you. No matter how much you have previously spent there, because you may spend it somewhere else. God forbid if you write on the receipt that the credit was used. The salesman was a total ass, proceeded to argue with me in the store in front of other customers and the manager just sat on his ass and did absolutely nothing. Now I know why I continue to give customer service to best buy, never again will I ever step foot in a abc warehouse.

They delivered dented items and not even all the things I ordered. Never called and said they didnt have all the items. Found out when the delivery guys got to my house. Not sure I really like this place.
The salesman was nice and knowledgeable. He was not the typical pushy slime-​ball sales guy. They had a decent size selection of appliances. The prices on sale were good. Like someone else wrote they charge for delivery. I have seen things for the same price at both Home depot t and ABC. With Home Depot having free delivery it makes them cheaper. But I believe ABC has better sales and will negotiate on things. So I think ABC does have the best prices if you can get a sale.

The guy who works at the car audio department is strange and lacking social skills. When you take your car in to get anything done they will not be able to give a time for when it will be ready, and will refuse to estimate. They will also leave a huge mess in your car and may or may not mess up the wiring inside of your vehicle. Good luck using this place!

We did our homework and found out that for a range, ABC Warehouse had the best prices. Of course we were talked into one that was more than we planned to spend but overall I felt like the price was fair. What I DON’T think is fair is that ABC Warehouse charges 39.99 for delivery when every other place I looked into offers free delivery.
The savings were not as much when you factor in the cost of the delivery.
Bonus tip: Kurt Bair was our salesperson and if you enjoy the freebies they usually give you (on one occasion we were given a nice roasting pan, another gift was a set of dishware and glasses and another time a very nice DVD collection) then choose a DIFFERENT salesperson. He gave us a set of plastic spoons with a value of $ 2.88.
