FYIALLCALLSMADETOTHEMARERECORDEDWITHOUTYOURCONSENT… I can’t comment on how their service is, but when it comes to «TRICKING» you into making your customer over the phone, they sure ACE at that. Apparently without my consent or confirmation email, which I explicitly asked for before starting services. I was put on a list without those things. When called to clear the confusion, I was put in a hostile situation, where they said we have recording of you saying yes to becoming our customer. I don’t deny saying that, BUT funny part is they only recorded the part where I said I would be happy to be a customer, and not the other part where I asked for an quote to be emailed to me and me calling them back next day to confirm if i want that services. I wouldn’t recommend this company to a blind man! Met one of their salesmen at a trade show in Waterford. Do some talking and was intrigued with their referral program because I come across lots of people. Figured go for it lol ! I own a one acre parcel in Farmington hills and explained this to the salesmen that he really can’t get me a good estimate because of the layout and being wooded and told him places that I didn’t want it. He gave me a ballpark but told me that they would have to go out and measure to get best quote and then he would get ahold of me with a price before they started. Yes I’ll admit I signed the contract but there was no prices on it when I signed because of the circumstances ! Well let’s just say the next week I got a bill for 89 $ and then called few times over the next month to cancel and they just kept coming and billing now my bill is $ 300 and finally took the hint !!! Not a good company to deal with !!! Better off going to ace hardware and buying stuff to grow own yard!!! Wish there was a zero star cause that is what they would get !!! Sincerely Very unhappy customer !

Lush Lawn did a spring aeration in 4⁄2013 on a home we had for sale. My husband lost his job & we moved to another state. We paid the bill in full. In the beginning of 2014 my husband received a phone call from Lush Lawn & he told them we no longer needed their service. We then received a bill in June 2014 stating that Lush Lawn did an aeration service on the property that we no longer owned. We sold the property & closed on 12/30/2013. Lush Lawn has a statement at the bottom of the bill that they send you that says«For your convenience, service continues from season to season. For a change in service, please call our office.» I called the Lush Lawn office when I received this bill & they told me that we had an ongoing contract based on the statement they printed on the bottom of the bill. I told them I am not paying for a service on a property I no longer owned, especially because someone called prior to this service & my husband told the caller we no longer needed the service. We have received many phone calls from Lush Lawn attempting to collect this money from us. They recently sent this to a collection agency. I received a very rude phone call from the collection agency threatening to report this bill? I told them this story & they said they sent me a letter. I never received the letter because they sent it to the property I no longer own. Lush Lawn sent the bill to my current residence. Lush Lawn knows where I am & how to reach me but they gave the collection agency the address I no longer own or reside at?

Decided to go organic due to my pets severe allergies. We(me and my pets) were happy with the lawn treatment eventhough it didnt look that great and we still had weeds. Allergies on my 3 dogs were gone so they were happy to be out on the yard chasing each other till it came time for the 5th lawn treatment(paid for 7) where i caught the technician, who wasnt the same guy doing the lawn, dumping pesticide all over the yard ! Thank goodness i was there but too late to stop him. Come to find out the office screwed up, said one of the managers will call, 3 names mentioned but no calls, no apologies, only the technician apologized. Also noticed brown spots showing up all around the yard, you would think this would be brought to my attention as to what can be done about it especially since they are the lawn professionals. Lush lawn paid you guys to do the lawn right so we dont have to ! Sorry, cant recommend you. Guess I have to go back to getting the hubby to do it now.
