Thank you Tracey and the Art in Bloom Studio team… after calling and emailing two other local florists (with no response back from them at all– questions on delivery and poor pictures on their sites) I found your business on Unilocal.Your website is easy to use and displays the floral options beautifully.
The bouquet (Spring Cube) that Art in Bloom Studio put together was top notch and I really appreciated your immediate call back confirming delivery/​receipt!
There are several other florists in the Brighton/​Howell areas that could learn a thing or two about great Customer Service from you

We helped my wife’s father order a floral arrangement for his wife on their anniversary. Easy, except that their anniversary is the day after Christmas. Art in Bloom is normally closed on the 26th, but the owner nevertheless delivered the flowers on the morning of the 26th — exactly at 10 AM when she had promised.
The flowers themselves were beautiful and my wife’s mother, a former garden club president and flower arranger herself, was very impressed.
Absolutely perfect service and flowers, we would recommend Art in Bloom highly.

I live in Chicago, but needed to have flowers delivered to a party that was happening in Brighton. I found the Art in Bloom website and am so glad I did. The online choices were beautiful (so much prettier than the generic FTD-​type arrangements), but the customer service on the phone was even more impressive. The owner was friendly and super accommodating. I didn’t get to see the designs personally, but the photos were gorgeous and the recipients were very pleased. I absolutely recommend Art in Bloom. They offer the perfect combination of beautiful goods and awesome customer service.
