I came in needing help with my on-going acne problem and felt like I was being a bother to them. The doctor came in and looked at me for less than 5 minutes during which she never got closer than 3 feet to me. Not once did the doctor look at my face up close or remove any of my make up to see the acne. I thought she would need to get a little closer look to see what I had going on but I guess not. After looking at me from across the room, she asks what type of medication I want. Ummm… This is why I came to a dermatologist, so YOU can tell me what YOU think is best for me, not to ask me what I want. She ended up prescribing me an acne medication that cost over $ 600.00(insurance would not cover). Had to wait 3 days after I called to ask for something more cost efficient while she was«reviewing my file». Finally got a antibiotic lotion that has not helped. This place made me feel like I was not worth their time, so I will not waste anymore of my time or money with them.
