Felt very comfortable going into this place. Even from the first phone conversation they were very happy to help me. The tone of their voice was peppy and ready to help with what I needed. Set up an appointment and got an alignment with $ 10 off from discount tire. They also inspected the engine for the winter weather. Shane had impeccable customer service. I was well taken care of and educated. I recommend this place! Thank you!!!

I read a grumpy review and thought I might not want to try this place. I’m really glad that I ignored that review and tried them. They’ve been wonderful. I went in for an alignment after getting new tires next door and soon find out that they offered a 3 month alignment «warranty». Guess what? About 2 weeks after my alignment, I hit a massive pothole and blew a tire. I called them and came in after getting my replacement tire and here I am, finishing up after the realignment. Chris, the manager, is polite and courteous and honest. I’ve heard him straight out tell people if they really don’t need something replaced but if that’s what they prefer, then so be it. I’m confident enough that when I need more work, I’ll be back!

Super disappointed on my attempt to do business here. The man at check-in was not even willing to look at my truck with a bad air conditioner problem. He just said it would take 3 hours and 80 bucks to fix it. Humor me and at least walk out and look at it for me. After this experience I would never go back. First impressions are every thing! I always love to support a new business however no when they lack customer service.
I ended up at Grease Monkey and they were more than happy to look and help.
