I am giving this practice ZERO stars (I had to give at least one to write this review). I’m new to the area, and am experiencing some sort of allergic reaction… my lips are itchy, painful, raw and swollen. I called this practice and was just told I cannot be seen until MARCH because I am a new patient! I asked the receptionist that if I were an established patient, could I be seen today, to which the answer was yes! I’m having a medical issue and this office will not treat me just because I am not in their system yet. My problem does not warrant a visit to the ER, so where does this leave me? Upset, hurt and frustrated on top of worried over what is wrong with me! This practice should be ashamed to be considered a medical facility-​there is no concern or compassion in their «rules».
