I’ve been here several times now and have decided the service is less courteous than it should be, as Starbucks is literally across the hall. It seems that the extra effort to be nice is made only if you are member of the Inner Circle, i.e. if you are a Bottomless Cup member(paying several hundred dollars a year). In an industry where a bagel is a bagel you would think management would quickly figure out that a free and powerful distinguishing feature is SERVICE. Please tell your staff to smile when they attend to a customer, to make the extra effort to say something nice, however mundane. It matters.

Good enough bagels, better than most chains. If this were only about the bagels then I would give it three to four stars, but… the service is very slow even when it’s not super busy. It recently took over 10 minutes to get a bagel and there were only two people ahead of me buying one bagel each. I love bagels in the morning but I don’t think the slightly tastier bagel is worth the effort.

Went to Andover, MA for a business trip recently and had to order some muffins and sandwiches for a work meeting one day. Bruegger’s is on Main Street close to where I was working. I ordered the food the day before to give them enough time. I ordered about 30 muffins and 30 box lunches. The box lunches were great because they were easy for people to take with them and included a full size sandwich, chips and a cookie. Overall I thought the food we really good. The muffins are really big, 2 people could probably share one muffin. The sandwiches were really tasty, the bread is fresh and tasted like they had made it that day. I did not try the bagels but they seemed like they would be good from what I saw. The people were really nice and helpful too with my order and helped me carry everything to my car which was really helpful. I would definitely go back again!

Located right on Main st, not the cleanest or cheapest place around. This place is ok for a bagel but keep in mind their are other choices in town such as Perfectos and the Ultimate Perk, which are much better, and for coffee Starbucks is right next store for same price.

Their AM crew is great! The coffee is always fresh as are the bagels.

Nothing special about this place, if you want a real good bagel for a great price continue further down Main Street and head to Perfecto’s! I used to eat Bruegger’s, but after trying Perfecto’s I won’t go back.

I’ve been to many-a –Bruegger’s in my day, but this one is less than impressive. Every time I have been in, the service is slow, the staff seems frazzled, and my toasted bagels are overdone. I do like that I can bring my son to watch the bagel-making process, but since the line forms right by the viewing window, we always seem to be in the way.

I feel like a real jerk reviewing a Brueggers, because it’s totally not original(uhoh. FYI– totally not knocking on you Melissa M!!! promise! do your thing girl!). The setup of this location is terrible, it’s like. backwards! That is the sole reason I am reveiwing in the first place, and knocking off stars. Not that they are amazing bagels by any means, but I don’t allow myself bagels very often anymore, so they do just fine. And they throw together a wonderful fast-food smoked salmon sandwich, overflowing with cream cheese. MMM.

Really good bagels. I love the bagel sandwiches. They all have funny names. My favorite is the Leonardo de Veggie. Beware of the soccer moms & rude yuppies that invade this place at lunch time on weekdays. It’s a little pricey for a bagel joint, but the location is perfect. It’s on Main St. in Andover; right next to Starbuck’s if you want some over priced coffee with your bagel.
