The painters arrived on time early Monday & the job was scheduled to last 5 days. They were very friendly, courteous, hard working, & attentive to my concerns & requests. They were very detail oriented & professional. I was pleasantly surprised that the job got done a lot quicker than anticipated. It only took them 2 days to complete the entire job & it was quality work. They did not cut corners simply because they were fast– the job was still efficient & looks fantastic. I am very pleased. My main concern was the coverage on textured walls. Past painters who dealt with my textured walls were not careful in covering all the walls thoroughly. To this day I am still seeing white speckles here & there on those walls & that was even after they came back. So, I was thrilled after conveying my concerns about this issue, that they were careful to follow through & they did not disappoint. Overall, the quality of their work was very impressive & I am a satisfied customer!

Well the estimator was very thorough and a very nice guy
When you come to having the work done I was very disappointed
Paint coverage is extremely thin in places you can actually see the old paint underneath
Didn’t power wash house properly so dirt is showing in places under the new paint
I went around with blue painters tape sticking it on places that need to be repainted
Finally after the second and third go around and basically gave up and just excepted a poor shoddy job
Paint on decorative rocks paint on fences paint on Garden hoses and all over my lawn Plus brick walls of my house and the blue tape that I had stuck on the walls that need to be touched up and repainted had been thrown into the Garden
Got a courtesy call from the main franchise asking how I felt about the job they have done
Discussed with them the dissatisfaction
And nothing has been done since
Was hoping that this company would stand behind it’s advertising

We have had both our exterior and interior paint done on our home by CertaPro Painters, Brighton. Recently, the interior. Gary, the owner, is very reliable and dependable. His painters always have done excellent work. His pricing is fair, and we will continue to do business with them in the years to come. His office staff always returns calls promptly and are very friendly.
