Dunkin’ Donuts

I love this dunks. In the morning the girls are all very nice and are doing their best to get all the drinks out of all the before I’ve had my coffee zombies. The staff here is always polite. There is a blonde girl who works there, I don’t know her name but I know she made a chocolate raspberry hot chocolate before. She goes above and beyond to make her smile. I give this dunks (compared to so many others lol) 5 stars
I wish I could give a guest review though. I have watched the staff get yelled at, insulted, and talked down too. Now I get it how mean people can be before their morning coffee, but jeez. I could never do what they do. Kudos to the staff for the patience yall possess!

My order wasn’t super complicated. They messed up EVERY PART OF IT. Asked for bagels sliced and not toasted & not
Individually wrapped because it’s a huge waste of paper, (no, she asked 1^st to toast them & then gave them all to me whole). Then she tried to give me the wrong type of bagel, and although I had asked twice for low fat cream cheese, they put regular cream cheese in the bag, I had to fix that. Also gave me the wrong iced tea. NO EFFORT and NO ATTEMPT at service recovery. I strongly advise to NEVER go to this DD on a weekday morning. Of course, in the end, ALL bagels came individually wrapped. 6 bagels, 1 iced tea, 4 errors, no apology, never again PS. I’m now late for work, thanks DD.

The employees here are nice enough, and it’s relatively fast. But I’m giving them 3 stars because if you order a coffee and a sandwich but don’t call it by the menu number they always charge for the two separate items and that extra $ 1-​$ 1.50 adds up. Maybe I’ve just always had great Dunkn experiences, but this just rubs me the wrong way.

This is THE best one i’ve ever been to not because of the set up which is always so clean and cozy but the people are amazing in every way. So polite and friendly which is so rare and on top of it they make the best coffee every time. Everyone knows how fun it is when it’s Monday morning rush hour and you just want a coffee that is made the right way (First World Problems)… and it comes out wrong. Of course you shouldn’t feel bad because when you are paying for something that you can make yourself, you bet your ass it better come out right why else would we get it! Consistency is key and they do it right every time and the personalities just put you in better mood if anything.

A beautiful dunken donuts staffed by a friendly and kind group of workers! Service is fast on busy mornings, and there are a few tables and chairs if you’re staying to get some work done. The place in clean and not too loud. This is definitely the most well-​serviced dunken donuts I’ve been to in Boston.

Is this a Dunkin Donuts or a mislabeled Starbucks?!? This is by far the nicest Dunkin Donuts in the history of mankind. How can a Dunkies be better than mediocre? Well let’s see, does you Dunkin Donuts have leather chairs, a fireplace, free Wi-​Fi, and a huge Flat-​Screen TV? I didn’t think so! It is clean, right next to a bus stop, and plenty of other good convenient locations. Also, the employees may not be the best in the world, but they are definitely better than the average Dunkin Donuts workers and the coffee just seems to taste better compared to other locations. This is as good as it gets for Dunkin Donuts and I“m glad I live within walking distance of it! (If I did not live within walking distance, I would complain a little bit about street parking but luckily not an issue for me!)

I ran into the door and spilled my full coffee everywhere! The staff and manager were all really nice about it. They wouldn’t let me help clean and gave me a free coffee too! If it was me I would have at least rolled my eyes or sighed. They acted genuinely concerned and polite. Nice ;)

Pros:
Very nice for a DD. Leather chair and really awesome plasma tv while you drink your hot beverage during winter. Love the wifi…
Cons: they only hire Indian people they are related to which is kind of racial. They usually do a good job making my decaf tea but there’s those days when they mess up the order completely! There spicy chipotle sauce that goes on the sliced turkey sandwich is made with there own curry! Ekk, I hate curry. I has that spicy sauce at other locations that don’t have curry in it. Strange I know.

Perhaps the nicest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to! As others have said, huge flat screen TV above a big fireplace with comfy leather chairs that make for a nice place to enjoy your coffee. Does get pretty busy, but the service is usually fast and good! Great coffee shop to have in the center of Oak Square! My only complaint. They don’t put the cream cheese on your bagel for you. but that’s minimal compared to the quality of this Dunkin Donuts.

How many dunks have leather chairs, a fireplace and flat screen HD TVs? Not many. Service is quick, employees are friendly, and it’s a Dunkin Donuts!

This spacious store is the promptest and most courteous of all the DD stores I have been to. A treat when getting a treat!

Great DD. Roomy sitting area with fireplace. Very nice staff. The only reason I did not give this location five stars was because of the hours.

I actually like this Dunks. They are very friendly, efficient, and usually get my order right. I just wish they had a parking lot and maybe they’d get 5 stars!

this is by far the nicest DnD’s i’ve ever been to. it has what you might not even expect to see at a starbucks or panaera.
i’m talkin, a fireplace, large plasma, leather chairs lounge chairs, many tables. and all the food just seems to taste better than any other dnd’s.

Ben: Well my hating friend, I’m glad you asked. When you first walk in, your blown away.
Your thoughts: Really? Blown away?
Ben: Yes, really. Complete with flat screen TV, Big leather chairs, High top tables, this is unlike any other dunkin youve experienced. You may think to yourself.
Your thoughts: What am I in a sports bar?
Ben: You initially walk outside to make sure you are in fact inside a dunkin donuts. And guess what? You are. With the service counter composed of dark stained wood and granite tops, this dunks is not only functional but stylish. Hell if i’m gonna get a coffee in the morning, the location should probably look as good as I do.
With rapid service, standard prices, close proximity to my casa, and a stylish décor, this dunks is my favorite.

A solid Dunks experience… This one is the closest to me and it’s convenient. If you’re in a rush you can park in the bus stop out front and watch for meter maids ;)
There was a line, and things weren’t very speedy, but there was no excessive hold up, and my coffee was made correctly.
Also there is a TV area with cozy chairs, and seemingly wireless internet access which is pretty damn cool.

Keep in mind these 5 stars are on a scale against other Dunkin’s because let’s face it, they may have beaten Starbucks but they sure as heck don’t have the best coffee in the area.
However, this place rocks! Free wi-​fi, HUGE dining area, leather chairs, big TVs. I actually hung out here a lot the week before I could get the cable guy to come set up my internet.
But it’s the service that sends it over the top. These guys are wonderful. They do not charge extra for an additional hot cup! The managers are very friendly. They recognize faces. Unlike the DD near my work (the one in the Pru) they say «Hi, how are you?» Not «What do you want?»

This Dunks would get 5 stars if not for the long lines. Otherwise this place is really great. It has all the necessary components of a good coffee house and a few extras that were entirely unnecessary, but are totally appreciated.
The seating area is big with ample seating, including some comfy chairs in front of a fireplace with a flat screen TV over it. There are always people sitting in there but you can usually find a chair, even on the weekends. Free wifi. It’s clean and they have bathrooms! Imagine that! The lighting and color scheme are inviting and relaxing.
I’m not a coffee drinker (tea for me) so I can’t say first hand that the coffee is great but my hubby likes it well enough. The iced tea is good (i.e it doesn’t taste like pond water like at some dunks) and the food is typical Dunkin Donuts fare. No better no worse than your average Dunks experience.
This Dunkin Donuts is actually more pleasant than the Starbucks down the street. How often can you say that about a DD???

This is not a DD, this is an upscale Starbucks. Very nice, has a tv and comfy chairs. I dont know why, but I like finer things, so if you prefer to have your $ 1.50 muffin in a nice fancy establishment this is the place to be.
But it feels wrong and weird.
