I brought a coat here for an alteration and didn’t get it back for over 18 months! What was worse, is that when it was finally ready, she wanted $ 100 after quoting me $ 60.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I got it home, she did not make the changes specified AND did a really bad job – the seams were uneven and changes were made to the original tailoring which make the coat fit and look differently than it did when I brought it in.
I just tried calling and no one was in, but I need to see what can be done to fix this severely botched job.
Needless to say, I will not take anything here again.

I had a dress shortened here a couple weeks ago. It was simple. I went in, she pinned it to where I wanted the length, and I was outta there. Took all of 3 minutes. It was ready a week later and looked great. I must say that I thought the $ 25 she charged was a bit steep… I can see if it took 3 days… but then again I don’t get things altered often so I don’t know. I would go back, I was very happy with the results and service.
