I would have to agree with all the posts about the timeliness of this office. They made me wait THREE HOURS in the waiting room only to tell me 2 hours in that they did not have my test results from my other doctor. Then instead of calling for me they asked me to call my doctor in the WAITING room while everyone else was listening, I was humiliated. Once I finally made it into the room i waited another 45 min and while I was on the table 2 different nurses came in, went through drawers and then LEFT THE DOOR OPEN. I had zero privacy in an already sensitive situation.
To add insult to injury I had a followup scheduled in February. They canceled this appointment THREE times including once via the mail– completely inappropriate. It is now almost June and I have yet to have my followup from an August appointment. Every time I was forced to reschedule they said they could only accommodate me weeks and weeks later because I could only come after work. I scheduled my original appointment at a time that was convenient for me why should I have to take time off work when they are the ones needing to change.
This was the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor’s office– ever… needlesss to say I will be doing my follow up somewhere else and not returning.

My name is Maura and I think Dr. Katherine Marshall is Awesome!!! She is very understanding and patient. She always explains everything throughly. She really cares and spends time explaining any type of procedure. She really understands and I always feel comfortable talking to her. She is the best Doctor.

This review is regarding the wait time I’ve experienced at Dr. Marshall’s office.
While I understand that most doctor’s appointments do not run EXACTLY on schedule, there have been times that I have waited AN HOUR AND A HALF past my scheduled appointment time. In addition, it has been so crowded in the waiting room that people sat on the floor!
I like Dr. Marshall and think she is a great doctor, but something needs to be done to improve the issues listed above.

Okay, yeah it’s strange to be reviewing your gyno. But hey, my gyno rocks so why not Unilocal about it? I think her first name is spelled Katherine, however.
Regardless, Dr. Marshall is awesome. She’s totally cool, very understanding, and will always take the time to explain stuff to you if need/​ask. The staff at the office is really nice, too.
The only reason she’s not getting 5 stars is because there is ALWAYS a wait at the office, unless you have the first appointment of the day. So that’s frustrating, but understandable, as I don’t know of a doctor’s office that actually sees their patients at their scheduled appointment time.
Regardless, I’m a fan of my gyno. Her office is in the doctor’s building at St. Elizabeth’s, which is really at 11 Nevins St.
So I’m spreading the word about my gyno. But she’s worth it. Hey, I don’t put my feet up in the stirrups for just anyone, now!
