KFC

If negative stars were an option this would be my review. I will start by telling you my first expietence. My boyfriend and I went to the drive-​through I ordered the first 5 buck lunch with dr. pepper I was yelled at «WE DONT HAVE DOCTOR PEPPER!!» To which I replied «okay coke is fine» the next 5 buck lunch was with brisk raspberry tea (which was on the menu) and he said okay one sweet tea, i said «oh I’m sorry no, I want brisk raspberry tea» the man said okay one sweet tea I was like are you serious so I repeated myself one last time to which I was replied with «what don’t you understand, we don’t have it you idiot!» I drove straight through didn’t get food, didn’t pay and went to Wendy’s. Are you kidding me? About 6 months later my grandmother was persistent on wanting to go to off so I finally just said fine maybe they were having an off day he probably doesn’t even have a job after that. I sat in with my grandmother this time it was utter filth!!! Flies out the wazzoo it was a fly breeding factory, I swear it! Chicken crumbs, napkins, and straw wrappers everywhere!!! That place hadn’t been cleaned in at least 1 – 3 days (busy days too!) we ordered our food I cleaned off a table myself with no offer of help by the way. I then went to get out drinks they were out of mtn. Dew, lemonade and root beer! Like what do you have!?! I then went to get lids and straws there weren’t any straws so I asked for some and the boy said «we’re out.» That’s all and then walked away we waited about 35 minutes for mediocre food at best and got the hell out of dodge.

Always bad. Just tried for my 3^rd and final. Always a long wait. Always bad food. I’ve had the kfc and long john silvers and it’s just all bad. There’s just no reason to ever go here. The reviews don’t lie.

I have to say this is possibly the worst KFC in the western world. I take the crew to lunch on Fridays and occasionally they vote on KFC. Every stinking time we go to this store the order is missing something, they are out of something, and the food just doesn’t stand up to what I think KFC should taste like. We went today, ordered the leg and thigh $ 5 lunches and each box was missing something. Missing biscuits, missing cookies, one was missing the fake mashed potatoes. (While I’m on fake food, beware the honey packets are fake as well, Ladies and Gentlemen, KFC now serves «Honey Sauce»!) The staff seems friendly enough, but perhaps not so motivated. The dining area is always in need of attention. We ate early today, 11:00 a.m. before the lunch crowd so you’d think at least the tables would be cleaned. Oh well, I’m vetoing any more visits to this location. The ownership should be ashamed of themselves.
They do get a second star only because they can fry a decent fish fillet for the Long Johns Silvers portion of the store… See I’m not dumb, I gave up on the chicken two visits ago…

If I could give this Kentucky Fried Chicken location a score lower than one star, I would. We are here in Brighton Colorado for a special family occasion. I suggested Kentucky Fried Chicken this evening because we all know how everyone loves it. We thought it was going to be a quick and easy dinner for our family meal, however this location took our order and warned us it would be 30 minutes. My son and I waited patiently the 30 minutes. We returned to the store to pick up our pre paid order only to find that the disorganized staff had sold our chicken (two 20 piece dinners) off to other customers who came in after us and ordered smaller dinners. We patiently waited at least another 20 minutes for the staff to put together our dinners. The chicken smelled as if it had been cooked in burned oil. Both buckets of chicken were swimming in a pool of grease at the bottom of the buckets. We received no butter or honey for our biscuits. The lids were not screwed on tight on the lemonade so it spilled all over the back seat of my truck. The staff at the store needs some serious retraining to be taught the true meaning of customer service. We were not the only ones waiting for our larger meal in this particular store while watching smaller orders quickly walk out the door. Not one apology from any of the staff. Needless to say we were truly disappointed in the staff performance at this store. If you plan to spend over $ 100 to feed your family, I suggest you try somewhere else.

Got 1 order to go and it was wrong. Had to wait too long and once I got it home– I could not eat it. It just wasn’t good… Kings has better fried chicken. :(

Possibly the worst fast food I’ve ever had. I got 3 «chicken tenders». 2 of those 3 had no meat at all. It was disgusting!

We ordered 2 kids meals and a bucket meal. Chicken was ordered Extra Crispy… we got soggy, limp, old grease tasting chicken. The mashed potatoes were powdery. I know they aren’t made fresh from boiled potatoes, but they needed a bit more liquid and a bit more whipping. The coleslaw was mostly liquid… not a lot of slaw. This was the worst KFC meal I’ve ever eaten.

Worst fast food experience ever. My husband & I were visiting family in Brighton so looked up KFC to treat the family tonight (10÷28÷14). We almost missed it because it was dark outside & the outside lights were off. Then we found the drive through sign wasn’t lit either so we couldn’t see a thing. We went inside. There was a young family in front of us & it took forever because there were multiple problems with their order & then the couple was shortchanged by the girl at the register & she had to wait for someone to open her register. To shorten the story here is a list of problems with our order. Kids meals — no regular milk. Finally found some chocolate milk after a lengthy search. The girl kept saying she was stressed & kept confusing our order. She came to us later & apologized — she said she didn’t mean to give us a hard time & that she was just really stressed out. They told the people behind us they were out of dark meat in original recipe. Then someone came to us & said they ran out of FLOUR & had to go to the store & buy some so they could make the chicken bites for the kids meals & it would be a while because now they had to cook it. Not kidding. Then they came to us about 20 minutes later & said they were out of mac & cheese for the kids meals. When we finally got our order & got home there were no pails for the kids meals, no gogurts, no napkins or utensils. Altogether it took us an hour to get our fast food.
