Perfect Teeth

No way would I go back here or suggest someone go here. The assistants do not seem to know what they are doing, one couldn’t get the X-​ray machine to work and wanted to wait until my next visit in 6 months. I understand if these are interns in a training program, but they should be supervised by the dentist or hygienist. My last visit spring 2014 with the new dentist, Dr. Arbuckle, was not pleasant and he said I needed 2 fillings and a crown, possibly a root canal. I have since changed dentists and after a new complete set of x-​rays and exam, it is determined I need NO work.

Despite my appreciation to go to the dentist this visit was very easy an professional. No wait time. In and out quick.

I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this perfect teeth. They got me in the chair and said I would not have to pay for anything, then when I was leaving. they told me I owned over $ 300. Sorry, please do not go to perfect teeth. The dentist, Arbuckle, is rude and wants your money. Sierra at the front desk is a crazy blonde lady who doesn’t even greet you when you walk in.

I’m glad I found Perfect Teeth. My dental insurance gave me the choice of two offices in Brighton; Perfect Teeth and another «chain» provider. I chose the other one first because Perfect Teeth didn’t have hours listed on the insurance website. Not sure why that mattered to me at the time. Maybe that made them seem more organized. During that visit I was told I needed more work, but I didn’t want to go back, so I called Perfect Teeth. Although I’ve never been there before, they jumped through hoops to get some answers and got me in immediately. Everyone in the office was very pleasant, and they worked with me on the financial end. Yes, the procedure cost more than the other place, but they also have a much more professional office and modern equipment. Sometimes it’s worth paying a little more to have these things, especially when it comes to your health.

I went in this week for a routine cleaning and saw that almost the entire dental staff has changed. I had a new hygenist and a new dentist. No one said a word about it, which bothered me a bit. My hygenist, Cindy, was very nice. She explained things well, was friendly, and careful. The dentist, on the other hand, I did not care for at all. Dr. Esmilie was extremely rough with me, gave my teeth a cursory glance and then proceeded to recommend a litany of expensive procedures to correct asymptomatic issues. I didn’t like the way she treated me at all. My husband saw the other doctor (I don’t remember his name) and was very happy. So, I guess just make sure you see him and not Dr. Esmilie.

WAY over priced! They are a scam, do not go and waste your money!
