So here’s the deal. I went into this store once. The owner was unpleasant while I was there, but I blew it off because I thought maybe she was having a bad day. I like to cut people slack and we all have bad days. So a few weeks later I went back. I brought clothes to sell. After spending a FULLHOUR there while she went through the large tote of clothes that I had, she let me know that none of them were acceptable. They were wrinkled. OK — fine. It wasn’t WHAT she said, it was the manner that she said it in. She was abrupt and unpleasant the entire time that I was there. So, I left and I wrote a review on her facebook page agreeing with another reviewer that she was rude. I was not unprofessional in my post on FB, just matter of fact. That was on 09/13/2014. Obviously she saw my post. She did not make an effort to reach out to me and try to remedy the situation. A person with any sort of service background knows that is what you do — mind you I’ve worked in some sort of service my entire career. No. Instead she started sending me facebook messages. I just noticed these today. I have gotten *3* of them. In three weeks. I have not responded. This person is crazy. Don’t shop at the crazy person’s shop. Now that I’ve passed this on, I’ll be blocking her. She deleted her facebook page, so I can’t very well post it on there. You know that it’s a bad sign if you have to take down your facebook page because you are embarrassed about all the complaints.

I have shopped at this store a few times and although the prices are decent, the service is awful. I brought my disabled mother with me and she brought her walker and oxygen into the store. Firstly, it is set up in a poor manner and my mother could barely get through the racks of clothing. Secondly, the owner was disrespectful and rude and made my mother and I feel like we were interrupting her phone call. Lastly, when I reviewed her business on facebook in a professional manner, I was told(and I saved the comment for proof) that their goal is to let people shop in peace because that is how«THEY» like it. I was also told to go shop at the mall. I would never come back to this store, nor would I ever bring my family and friends again. I created a Unilocal account for this business in order to review it. If you want to shop somewhere with terrible customer service, followed up with a rude response to constructive criticism, shop here. This is supposed to be a store for plus size women who already have trouble finding decent service at big box stores– shame on this owner for simply creating another store with the same issues. This is a new business, I would certainly suggest they listen to the suggestions made by former customers if they want to succeed as a business. At this rate, I see a commercial lease opportunity getting ready to open up in Brighton.
