I went in for an hour long Reiki treatment. I didn’t know what to expect. As Christine worked on me, I fell into deep relaxation. I felt warm twinges in my stomach as Christine was working near my head. She worked on my entire body front and back as I was in a pleasant meditative state of mind. At the end, I felt totally at peace. I could feel the blood running through each part of my body. I went home and took a long nap. Now even days after my treatment I feel much more focused– my nervous energy got transformed into productive energy and my body and state of mind feel much more balanced. This was a great experience!
