Had this pizza for a company sponsored event and it was by far the best food that was offered then. I don’t tend to see pizza food trucks, so I was a little excited about it. I can’t say I was a fan of the gluten free vegetarian pizza(for hopefully, obvious reasons) but I’d get the pepperoni and cheese pizza if it comes by. It wasn’t too cheesy, oily, or burnt, which is pretty awesome!

i tried this truck while they were down at campus martius in detroit. they’re usually down there about every other week for the lunch hours. i had been so anxious to try their pizza because everyone who works in my building raves about how great it is! i ordered the«pile up» pizza which consists of pepperoni, bacon, and italian sausage. pretty solid pie, considering it is made fresh on a food truck. they make their dough fresh and cook the pizza in a wood fired oven right in front of you! the cheese is amazing as well, tastes very fresh. the only thing i wish is that they added more sauce! their pizzas are pretty good, i wouldn’t say amazing, but pretty good considering it’s a food truck. also, their pies will run you about $ 8 – 9.50 depending on what you get!

Awesome. Went to a birthday party, Rollin pizza was the main attraction… next to the birthday boy. who celebrated his big«60» …. So impressed with all the different toppings and the thin crispy crust, it was a party in my mouth! This was like I remember the pizza in Italy. So impressed, I am planning my non-traditional, casual wedding. Now all I need is to book my wedding around«Rollin Stone Wood Fire Pizza» availability … Perhaps I’ll give Mic Jagger a call too! Win, win wedding!

We ordered half Chicken Mediterranean and half The Pile. Their selling point is pizza within 90 seconds and I can’t verify that bc we were in line for another food truck! The pizza crust was very textured — chewy and crispy. The toppings were great — generous and I loves the combinations. The only bad thing is your mouth turns black bc there is soot on the pizza crust due to the high heat. I really appreciated that they delivered the pizza to us while we were in the other line. The pizza was sliced and very cheesy!

Wood fire oven baked pizza from a truck?! Are you kidding me? This isn’t pizza that’s «good coming from a truck», it’s good by any standard. The dough was soft on the inside, crispy on the crust. The sauce was really rich and the cheese was melted perfectly. The fresh vegetables were absolutely fantastic. The pizza came out really fast as well! I can’t find any complaints about this truck.

Had our first pizza from Rollin Stone last night at Third Thursday in Eastern Market and it was fantastic. Chicken, greek olives, basil and garlic. Nice crispy bottom crust. Lots of flavor and cooked perfectly. And all that from a wood fired pizza oven in a trailer. This is definitely a go to place in my book. I will look for them around town.

The have a food booth at the Cadillac Square, pretty impressive since they actually have a brick oven that they cart around to cook the pizza’s in. Quick and very tasty! I ordered the Margarite and it was very good. Glad to see them downtown on a a regular basis
