Serafini’s cheese pizza, hot out of the oven, is probably my favorite pizza in the world. The gnocchi is also great!

Great itialian food. Pizza is nice and cheesy. Spaghetti comes with big noodles with good sauce. If you’re looking for a locally owned itialian joint come here. Salads are very fresh and tasty. Only downside is the ambience. The pizza crust is almost perfect. Very very good.

I’d rather go next door and spend my money at pizza hut than over pay for«from the freezer» pasta dishes or mediocre pizza. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. There are definitely better options in town!

The pizza is pretty darn good but, to be perfectly honest, the calzones are so delicious that I seldom eat anything else. Don’t get me wrong, both the pizza and the pasta are phenomenal, it’s just that I have not yet found another pizzeria where the calzones are as good as the ones made by these folks. It is family owned and operated so you know that the service is good. If I was to knock them on something is that their location is a tad small. Then again, this also helps promote the«grandma’s kitchen» atmosphere that one gets when dining here.

I’ve been here several times and it seems like the quality & portions of the food keeps getting worse. We just spent our last visit there last week. Service was good but food is way overpriced especially for spaghetti. The portions for spaghetti was pathetic, we stopped at McDonalds on the way home because we were still hungry. They need to take a lesson from The Blue Parrot in Louisville. I’m crossing this one off my list.

Nice staff, and decent service, but very, very bland, down to the bottled Kraft italian salad dressings and club crackers. Exactly what you’d expect from an Italian restaurant in a one horse town: Friendly, red-blooded patriotic American types with hearts of gold who just can’t cook all that well. Edible food, & clean restaurant. No ambience at all, and bland, bland, bland. Go down the street to Anthony’s, or even better, Forget about it Pizza on Bridge street.(They spell the name funny, like Italian-American slang, but I’m not sure how they spell it.) Their website is

Tried the all-meat pizza with my family and it was decidedly bland. Haven’t tried their pastas, but with them doing so poorly on the Pizza front I’m not exactly excited to go back.

–Family owned and operated for generations. –Best pizza crust I’ve had in all of Colorado. –Calzones are stuffed to the gills with delicious meats and cheeses. –The pasta is thick and soft; the tomato gravy is blissfully simple, and the meatballs are big and delicious. It’s some of the most honest, simple, and delicious Italian food I’ve ever had and people in this town would rather go to Pizza Hut, which is in the same parking lot. If food isn’t heavily advertised on tv, isn’t coated in grease and fat and salt, and costs more than $ 8.00 people in Brighton and the surrounding area hate eating it. That’s why sometimes this place gets rough reviews. I will always love Serafini’s.

The food is terrible! It all tastes canned and is just not good… The customer service also is no good.

With all due respect, I have to disagree with Raoul on this one. i am a big fan. i really dig their spaghetti, good thick homemade pasta… I haven’t sampled a calzone, but have always been nothing but satisfied with their pizza. I do agree that the price is a touch steep, but, I have to say, I am willing to pay it for their pasta.
