Quite possibly the rudest and worst«doctor» I have ever encountered. Let me first start by saying that I was excited to have found a doctor out here(from Maine originally) to go to that was small and more on the family run style of business. She also said she is more towards natural remedies vs just handing out prescriptions. Now, the real reason on why I am writing this review. 1 — She is never on time for any appointment I have had there(6 appointments to date). She is a complete space nut and has no sense of customer service in the slightest bit. The reason for writing this horrid review is simply because I have come to a closure with putting up with her attitude and laziness to be a professional. Also I would really really hate for anyone else to experience this disaster that I did. Due to this being MY health… and my patience running very thin(I see myself as a very reasonable person when it comes to patience). 2– Her office is dirty and doesn’t even have hand soap to wash your hands in the bathroom…(just anti-microbial crap that is in a dirty dispenser). When canceling my last appointment and trying to reschedule, she first told me to hold on — not a problem, I waited — then got back on the phone and explained to me that she couldn’t tell me what my appointment was for due to not being in the Newbury office — understandable, so I told her that I would appreciate a call back just to know what the appointment was for so I could plan accordingly for it(I’m a big baby when it comes to getting blood drawn and any kind of visits in that nature, so knowing this is critical so I can plan my day). She then said wouldn’t know what my appointment was for till the end of the week and would call me back…(???) And that I should call her and schedule something at the end of the week. Then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have time to talk because she had someone else on hold. So, attempting to put the pieces together — She won’t be in her office until the end of the week? I hope this is because other people have stopped going to her as well, and she doesn’t have business till the end of the week due to her inabilities to be a professional. Hands down, the worst doctor, professional, and customer service I have ever had. I will be contacting my insurance company — and requesting them to take her off of the list of Primary Cares.
