Sprint Store By Wireless Revolution

So I thought I would give this store a second chance after they left a horrible impression on me 2 years ago when they told me something that was not the truth and I was left with a 300 dollar charge from sprint.
I have a iPhone 5s and we all know when you drop these phones the screen shatter. I have the insurance on my phone. I came thinking my screen would be able to get replaced for a small fee if no fee at all. The guy told me I could get my screen replaced with a deductible of 125. I then told him I can go to a cell phone repair spot in novi and they would replace my screen and my home button for 130. Then tried to negotiate at how much he would replace my screen for and went down to 100. How do you negotiate a deductible?! It didn’t sound right and I felt like he was digging himself a bigger and bigger hole. I got in my car and called sprint where they told me that they don’t replace screens they replace the whole phone for 100 deductible!!!
So this store tried to sell me a replacement screen for 125 when I could get a whole new phone for 100 really?!? Shame on me for thinking this place of buisness changed and they actually do the right thing…
