I came to this taco bell tonight and the manager Melissa was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my entire life. She would never be an employee of mine. She was nasty taking my order at the drive threw and when I asked her if she was OK she snapped back and said why do u want to call in a complaint? I said no no I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble she said no its OK I don’t give a f*** I said alright who’s your manager? She told me its Roy and he’s here at ten, by the way my name is Melissa. As she walked from the window she called me a b****. I called cooperate and I will be talking to the rgm and area coach of this store. How do have a manager that treats your customers like this!!_? And why? I could name 10 people right now that could take her job and still do it better. One more thing, she might want to take off half the makeup she wears to hide the fact she is as ugly on the outside as she is on the inside. Sincerely, a customer that will never come back
