I have used Team Hernandez twice when I moved. I recommend them to all my friends and family that are moving as well. Both times they moved me from a second story apartment so it really took a lot of effort on their part. They were very quick and got everything unloaded in a good amount of time. I believe the whole move took 2 hours not including drive time. They don’t just put your stuff in your house they actually ask you where you want everything and help set up your furniture how you like it. Both times I didn’t have a problem finding a date and time they could come either. One of the times was from Fort Collins so it was even a pretty good distance away. My couch leg did get broken in the move but it was old and was no fault of theirs. They felt really bad about it and asked if they could fix it for me. Also the price is really really good. It’s 100% worth it in my opinion.

I only gave two stars because we had used them previously for a number of moves and they had been good then. We are not usually the ones to get one bad experience and trash someone but this was a BAD experience and do not want anyone else to have to deal with this during an already stressful period. They had to cancel our move and push it back a day which sucked but understandable to an extent(their truck broke down). But during the move they cracked a bed frame which we didn’t notice until after they left. Then the bottom of our grill was broken(the metal square attached to the wheel which is soldered to the bottom of the grill was broken off). When I called to talk to Chris about it he was obviously not interested in giving quality customer service. Since we disassembled the bed and moved it out of the truck ourselves there was no way of telling whether they did it or we did despite them putting it into the truck and organizing everything in the truck to fit. Nice scapegoat. In regards to the grill he argued with me about whether it was wheeled into the back or carried and whether the path was swept(we moved during a snow). Call me crazy but the grill was not broken before the move, we did not touch it as only his employee moved it(so he can’t use that reasoning to wiggle out like the bedframe), and now it is broken. We didn’t ask for a new grill, just for him to pay for the replacement part. He said yes only if it wasn’t too expensive and that depending on the damage he could send a friend out to solder it for us. This is not my idea of giving good customer service. This is doing the smallest amount of help possible so long as it doesn’t take too much money out of their pocket even though they are insured for these situations. He also apparently felt justified in telling me that he pushed us ahead of another customer since they rescheduled on us. Tell me, is that supposed to give you bonus points? Are you not supposed to help a customer who was scheduled before another first? Also, since he gave us a decent rate and thus, «Didn’t make any money off of this job» that is also justification why he isn’t liable to pay for the damage they did on our furniture. Terrible treatment of longtime customers! And what help he offered is a joke because he won’t return our phone calls. Do not use Team Hernadez. Save yourself the trouble of not knowing whether you will get the good or bad service.

I love Team Hernandez and have used them twice in the past two years(I move a lot). Each time the movers were very nice and considerate. They moved my stuff with care, and they are very reasonably priced.
