US Post Office

I called them back again to see if they could contact the carrier to find a key. The person, Dan, over the phone was very helpful and eased my frustration. Hopefully, I can get my package soon!
This is my first time writing a negative review, hope to fix this issue soon. I received a package from Amazon on ¹²⁄₂₉ according to the tracking number. It was noted as the package was delivered in a mail box. I checked my mail box twice on 12/​30, but nothing was in there. I got a group mail box, so the mailman forgot to leave me a key to the parcel box, I guess.
On Jan 2, I called the post office to see if they could find and leave me a key to the parcel box based off my tracking number. The guy I talked verified my address and told me that he was not sure if he could locate the parcel box even he confirmed it was delivered in one of the parcel boxes… I checked my mail box again today, still no key. I’ll call them again on Mon., but I wish they would take responsibilities of my packages more. Disappointing on their poor customer service…

Not the best Post Office I’ve been to for sure. I had to send something certified mail and there were no green slips by the counter where I could fill them out prior to getting up to person at the counter. I hate making a long line of people wait while I have to fill out all the information at the front counter. Once up to the front counter, the woman was nice and very helpful.
I wouldn’t come back here if I had a choice, but since I work out here sometimes I have a feeling I may be back based on location.
