D — Dedicated R — Reliable C — Compassionate A — Amazing I — Intelligent N — Nautical Just a little acrostic poem using Dr. Cain’s name. Dr. Cain and his staff have shown all of these qualities and more since we met him 2011. My daughter, Allison, was born with a cleft palate, and my small mouth, therefore it was important to me to ensure the care she would be receiving would meet her needs both medically and emotionally. Dr Cain’s impression on our first meeting clearly showed us that we were in the right office to meet Allison’s orthodontic needs. Dr. Cain discussed treatment thoroughly each visit and would consistently ensure the comfort of my daughter throughout her time as a patient. There were occasions that a wire would need adjusting between visits, as her teeth were moving into correct position, and Dr. Cain would invite us to meet him at the office early in the morning or late in the evening, with welcoming arms each time, to make needed adjustments. He truly cares about his patients, their comfort as well as ensuring my concerns, especially when teeth needed to be pulled. Allison wore her braces for four years, it was a long time for her yet she commented as she got them off, it actually went quick, and«The time was so worth it, I love my new smile.»
