Just discovered this trail yesterday when I was looking for a good local place to run. Beautiful path which goes through the woods, past marshlands and through sections where you can still see a lot of tornado damage. I’m not sure if they’re planning on paving this, I REALLY hope so, it would make the perfect path for roller skating. Most rail trails I’ve been on goes through neighborhoods and is close to civilization. This trail, however, veers off into the wilderness and rich with the fragrance of forest rather than car exhaust or food from local burger joints. Needless to say, my run was fantastic :) Im only giving it four stars because it isn’t paved. If it ever does get paved, this will be a five star rating!

Grand Trunk Trail is part of the Titanic Rail Trail and is approximately 9.7 miles from start to finish. The parking lot alogside Rt.20 is fairly large so you should always find adequate parking. This is a very beautifully well maintained manicured trail great for day hikes.
