Jubilee College State Park

We stayed here for a week in August and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. First of all, the price was excellent at $ 20/​night which accommodated 3 tents with one person each, a van, and an RV with another person… awesome value for our money. There aren’t many frills but there are large sites, each including a power hookup free of charge. The pit toilets are closer but there is a free shower and flush toilets within walking distance. The hosts are gone a lot but come by and collect the fees later on so just grab a site. The bugs here are fine compared to other campgrounds such as Kickapoo. For a group outing this place would be wonderful. I don’t believe there are any alcohol restrictions and even better no out of state upcharges.

Great place to spend a day or a weekend!
