Super Laundromat

now laundromat room is awesome. clean floor and machines. nice owner, if you have trouble when you do laundromat, owner always there help you solve the problem.

We’ve gone here a few dozen times over the years. Lately, the laundromat seems to be suffering from neglect. About 8 of the washers and dryers are broken. Nothing looks like it’s been cleaned recently. Dryers dry slow as if the vents are clogged. Ceiling vents are full of lint. It’s as if they owners are giving up.

I cant comment on the dry cleaning as I have never had anything dry cleaned here BUT their laundromat facility is awesome. Clean machines, well maintained and they always have plenty of soap and other things available to purchase if you forget yours (which we have done on occasion). We have been coming here for many many years, and always the owners are nice and helpful. The folding areas are clean and the other people using the facility are nice. Wont go to any other laundromat.

Bring your clothes here if you want them ruined. Twice now this establishment has ruined a piece from my family. Should have learned my lesson the first time but I really wanted to support local business. Brought my favorite jacket there thinking it would be cleaned and it came back completely faded and pilled (interior). I asked the owner why they sent it to be dry cleaned if the label said, «wash only». Everyone else is to blame (me, employee, dry cleaners, former owner!!!), according to the current owner Steve. Only bring your clothes here if you want to pay for them to be ruined.

I’ve lived in Brisbane for over 3 years and have used this place every time I needed to get dry cleaning done. Usually they’ve been great. But this time I brought in my husband’s suit, a black dress, a black coat and a Pottery Barn blanket and did not get my items on the promised date.
I brought all the items in on a Monday afternoon. The receipt said the items would be ready on Friday, which would allow me to wear the black dress for a graduation I was singing for. However, when I called the place to make sure I could pick up my dry cleaning, the owner said they were not ready. He said they should be ready on Saturday. When I went to the dry cleaners the next day (Saturday), my items were still not ready.
Very frustrated… I will not bring my dry cleaning here again.

Great prices, always ready on time. I have been using this dry clearner for over a year now, and Jim is so efficient he gets my order ready when he sees my car pull up to the shop. Just great — and, they can do leather.
