I took a four-​wheeler in to be repaired. After a month of hearing nothing I called, the four-​wheeler had not been touched. I still left it there thinking surely it would be looked at soon. Wrong. I ended up picking up the four-​wheeler almost 2 ½ months, it was never looked at. No explanation was every offered as to the hold-​up, not even an «I’m sorry, we were just really busy», nothing. The best comment I can give them is that they did help me load it back up… for what that’s worth.

Passing through the area on my bike. My front tire was wearing thin on thread and needed replacing. A friend knew about this place, called them on a Saturday to see if they had the tire and could mount it Monday AM. Service rep said «yes, we have it and can mount it immediately».
Come Monday morning with a thinning tire, a light rain and about 30 miles to go on interstate we get to the shop. When I check in with the parts department, «Oops, we don’t have that tire, but if you can come back tomorrow we will have it by afternoon». When I explained my situation again they simply looked at me, said sorry and walked off.
