The good news is I can finally say I’ve been to Chick Fil A, and now that I’ve tried it I can say never again! People perfectly friendly, restaurant clean & easy to order. But then the food arrived. Chicken was juicy, but the outside was fried too long & tasted bitter. The bun was too soft & useless for holding the chicken. The Cole slaw portion was generous but shredded so small it felt pre-chewed in my mouth.

Chick fil a is a decent fast food place to get real chicken. But this particular restaurant is lacking basic food prep skills. When we stopped in we noticed the huge amount of people, which is totally normal for a chick fil a. But the workers inside must«gear up» for the wave of people because my food was cold. I should’ve known something was off, as it usually takes 10 – 20 minutes to get a meal hot and fresh, we got our food in about 2 minutes. Cold chicken with a cold slice of cheese; thank goodness I was hungry or I wouldn’t have been able to get through it. Also, dirty, soaking wet lettuce with browning edges(first time I ever had this issue at any chick fil a). Peeled them off since most of it was green. This location is on the fast track to McDonald’s status. Needs new management and retraining or just a new team all together asap.

My first and only icky experience with CFA. Grilled sandwich and grilled nuggets had too many fat bits. Plus, since changing the look recently, the grill marks always make them look burned. What’s up with not including pickles and giving us the cold fries that looked eaten out of? None of us even finished our food.

Another visit. Another great chicken sandwich. Sadly, however, we ordered their chicken soup and was told it would be about 20 minutes! Yikes! No thank you. With apologizes they gave us two coupons for free chicken sandwiches. Nice. GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE! Love Chick-Fil-A!
