Called to get an estimate on 6 post replacements that are attached to gates. The woman who answered said they don’t do that this time of year unless we did the fence.
I get it that a business wants the large jobs, but business is business and to tell a potential customer they’re not worth his time is just bad business.

I just wanted to add that we lost a small section of our fence in the bad storm this week (not the posts, the wood slats in between). Kendall County Fence fixed it up the VERY NEXT DAY and charged only a very fair repair fee.
I don’t know where else you get service like that! My husband had called and left a message that night, and the next morning they showed up to check out the damage and then fixed it that afternoon. It looks as good as new!
