Min’s isn’t what it was before. It used to be special. When the«ice cream«is the best thing there you know you’re in trouble. I can’t think of a single dish I’d want again.

Decent place to eat, not my favorite. Food was ok.. Many options to choose from but«hot foods» were cold. Restrooms were NASTY!!! Floors hadn’t been swept. Business was slow..

I seem to always find Chinese buffets when I travel and this one is very good. The food was vwry good though the shopping mall looks like it was transported from Detroit. very large selection of foods. I did not try the pizza or anything that could have been a pet.

Pros: clean, larger than expected, large selection/variety, offer items on the buffet not commonly seen at you run of the mill Chinese buffet, and the coconut chicken was delicious. Cons: overpriced for the taste, most of the chicken dishes were tough, half of the items were not at appropriate temperatures, less than mediocre flavor, shrimp sauce is terrible(tastes too sweet like pure corn syrup), server did not refill drinks as needed, and the egg rolls were tough. Overall: the food was not very good, the staff was not attentive, and I probably won’t be back.

Whether or not you’ll dig on Min’s munchables depends on how Americanized you like your Chinese food. Min’s food is very Americanized, but what they do, they do reasonably well. When you add in the hibachi grill, you have a comfort food joint worth returning to. For a smallish town, they have a decent selection of dishes. My girlfriend appreciates them for her shrimp-fiend tendencies. They do a decent hot and sour soup and a pretty good General Tso’s. That’s always a factor as I’ve been to Chinese restaurants that I wondered if ketchup was part of their Tso’s recipe. They even have passable buffet sushi and that’s on the rare side. A few things to keep in mind? Sundays are at the dinner rate all day. Try to go mid-week or later for maximum freshness. Avoid going in the two hours or so before closing as they start winnowing down the dishes pretty early. Your socks’ll stay firmly on your feet, but it’s clean and not too expensive. It’s worth a try if you find yourself on the south side of Bristol and can’t bring yourself to scarf another fast food sammie…

Decent Chinese buffet, not expensive at all, but the best part is the stir fry bar. Yum, and included in the buffet price!
