Peace of Cakes designed my wedding cake this year. I worked with the owner Lindsey to design a four tiered beautiful masterpiece that my guests are still raving about. Lindsey was easy to work with and super accommodating. She allowed us to do as many cake testings as we needed to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted.
Her suggestion to make each tier a different flavor was genius! We turned our dessert hour into a feast and allowed our guests to choose one or every flavor to taste. I saw many guest and surprisingly mostly woman with all four flavors in front of them! It was such a hit.
Ok now on to the most important part… our decadent flavors.
First Tier– Vanilla with Vanilla filling (a crowd pleaser for the plain folks)
Second Tier Red Velvet with cream cheese filling
Third Tier and my personal favorite– Champagne with whipped cream and strawberries. This cake was the most delicious cake I have ever had the pleasure of eating.
Fourth Tier– Devils food and cookies and cream filling.
Is your mouth watering? Mine is just thinking about it.
Each tier was moist and out of this world awesome. Another great thing about choosing Peace of Cakes was their pricing. She was super affordable! I highly recommend them to any NJ bride.

I had another piece on Sunday & it was still amazing after 2 days in the fridge.
