This place is great! I come here for massages and facials. They do a wonderful job each time. It’s kind of pricey but well worth it. It’s nice to go here once in a while to pamper yourself. The couple of times I went for a facial was when my face was really bad. Soon after it cleared right up. They also sell Yonka skin care products which I love and helped me greatly. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the massage therapists are awesome!

I just recently had my hair doen at Silavana’s. It was my 2^nd time there but this time with a stylist I’ve never gone to before. I asked for a full head of high and low-​lights and wanted them thin and natural looking for a nice ashy tint. I got brown almost black chunks and highlights all over the place and they weren’t even close to my scalp. The stylist even admitted she messed up and tried to fix it. The appointment went from 5:30p — 8:45p of fixing it. I came out with a rainbow of blonde tones, including orange from her trying to re-​highlight the dark chunks. The owner told me it looked fine (even tho I was in tears and about to leave for a trip out of town in 2 days) and told me I have to pay. I refused and said something else has to be done. I went back the next day for a toner and that didn’t help much. I paid just to avoid another awkward argument with her. BTW — the owner told me things like «nothing is ever perfect» and «we’re not magicians» several times. The whole experience was unreal and unprofessional. I spent $ 160 on an awful hair color.

An all around good experience whenever I come here. The downstairs is a salon sort of scene, where people are getting their hair done for weddings and things, so you’re not going to immediately walk into a peaceful oasis of tranquility. But once you’re upstairs, it’s surprisingly quiet. It’s not overpriced, and there’s a wide selection of services. Jackie is great to see for a facial, but I’ve also indulged in other services here, from pedis to vichy showers to massages. If this place were bigger, the one thing I’d have on my wish list is a space for a sauna or steam room. Would be really great to enjoy one of those after a massage.

I’m so unbelievably happy I found this salon. It is clean, decently priced, nicely decorated and the service is wonderful. I had Heather cut my hair. Never before have I had a hairdresser really take her time, that’s something I really appreciated. I showed Heather a picture of what I was looking for and at the end I left with a gorgeous cut that was exactly what I asked for. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, I’ve already booked my next appointment! Ps. You get 10% off if you book your next at the end of your apt. Check them out!

This was the worst experience ever!!! Horrible customer service and an even worse massage. I couldn’t wait for it to end.

This place is great, it is a small salon, has been open for years, has a pleasant atmosphere and is not as expensive as it sounds. I normally don’t mind going to a hole in the wall place that is clean, as long as it is cheap. This place is nice like a salon but not expensive like one.
If you want a wax, definitely make an appointment with Michelle! She is great and fast!
As far as hair, my lady left a while ago, but the haircuts are cheap, and the coloring not bad either. I have heard the massages are nice too. The nails are bit on the expensive side, so that might be the downside.
They have ESPN discount as well! I definitely reccomend!
