Had a wonderful experience at this sleepys! The workers there are so good! They care about their job and the customers. I went in and worked with Jim and he is the best, so into his job too. He is knowledgeable and very funny. He will make you want to go in every week to purchase a mattress. I really wish I had this kind of experience with every purchase I make. The manager as well was wonderful. They are fast and make you feel very important. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is definitely the place to go for the experience and products.

Walked in 20 minutes before closing and was greeted by Ron. He was super friendly and showed us the perfect mattress(firmest they have). We got a good deal with the labor day special, but he also gave us great deals on the awesome bamboo pillows as well as the frame! Delivery was 2 days later and arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the delivery window. My fiancé and i have back issues, and from the first night we can sleep all the way through and wake up feeling great. Ask for Ron!

Purchased my kingsdown bed way back in 2007 and buying experience was good and somewhat predicated on a very good warranty, which by the way, was priced accordingly. This review is not about the buying experience, but the inadequate warranty process. The bed has been great, but inevitably, all beds sag over time and this one is no different. Back in 2011 Sleepys would personally inspect beds and the woman who inspected mine was great. One side sagged about 1−3/8″, which she said was right on the border to replacement. So here we are, 4ish years later and based on a couple of uncomfortable nights, I decided to have it inspected again. Low and behold, they have a do it yourself measuring process, which Sleepys themselves described as very effective. I am sure this effectiveness rating is based on a lower frequency of mattress replacements. Anyway, Sleepys just called and said the sag was acceptable and measure ½″. WHat??? How could it get better in four years??? No other appeal process, but some very helpful suggestions(that was sarcastic); suggestion number one? I can call kingsdown… really? I can? Or i can get a discounted or prorated wicked good deal on a new mattress… really? wow what a warranty. I am very disappointed in Sleepys and can’t wait to see what the supervisor says when and if he/she calls… so, buyers beware… in my experience, Sleepys has trouble living up to their promises…

We had an issue with the original bed we purchased here but Ron S. helped rectify the issue and we ended up with an even better bed that suits our needs and surpasses our expectations! Ron is not only helpful, he is respectful, and not out to sell you on anything blindly! The Customer is who he works for and that’s more of what America needs! Thank you so much! God bless!

Salesman Ron is a total asset to the company. Whatever your company needs to do to keep this guy in your employ, DOIT!!! As a person with a neurological disability, he really made sure that finding the mattress and adjustable base that is best for my neurological disorder. Thanks!!! We will be back!
