Horrible customer service. For people who supposedly work on cars everyday they aren’t very knowledgeable about electronic features. Spent over $ 1000 for a downgrade, you think they would be able to tell me the device I wanted to purchase wasn’t compatible with my car, but no they installed it anyway. Don’t go there they will rip you off.
