So first and foremost I’ll say that I love the food at Wings Over, which is why it’s sad that I will never be eating there again. It’s not the food that is the problem, it’s the service. Today, I ordered myself a puddle jumper for delivery at 5:30pm. At 7:00pm the food had still not come so I called to ask about the status of my order. As soon as I told the girl on the phone my address she gave me a attitude and said«yeah your order is on your way.» I thought that was odd, but I let it go and waited for my order. At 9 my order still hadn’t come so I called again. I explained what had happened. First they told me it must be, because the order had not gone through. So I let them know that I was currently looking at the email confirmation. Next they told me that I must have ordered from a different location, until I told them my order confirmation said Wings Over Bristol on it. Finally the manager came to the phone, who was the same girl who had been snippy at 7. She then told me that what had happened was the the delivery guy had come to my apartment once, had knocked and called without a answer so he left, which explains the attitude from the 7 o clock call. He then did his other deliveries and then came back knocked on my door again and called with no answer so heart and the order got voided. This was news to me since, in the hours that I had waited, no one had knocked on my door or had called me. I let the manager know, to which she said«well maybe he went to the wrong door.» Then she apologized, but it seemed pretty contrite, like she didn’t believe me. The whole vibe I got during the entire phone call was that anything that went wrong was my fault not theirs. I’m not a fan of that, that’s not only a shitty business model but it’s a shitty way to treat people as well.

The service/staff service are rude and I would even consider obnoxious(both on the phone and in person). I ordered a very small wing order on my way there, specifically asked for them to be «well done», even had a conversation about it, and when I got there the woman taking the money said«Sorry, it’s not on the ticket. Nothing we can do.» Then I asked for extra sauce on the side and was told«No, we don’t do that now.» So I asked for some extra sauce on top of the wings then(AND I would pay for it) and was told«No, they are already made and packaged.» Again… simply rude and even b*tchy. The wings themselves were average. For the attitude alone, go somewhere else…

Our go-to delivery in Bristol. Menu items are hit and miss but the boneless wings are a great novelty for the area and taste awesome. Always dependable delivery. I’ve used them for the Super Bowl at least 3 times and never had problems.

The food is pretty average and the service/staff is enough to make me never go back. This place is a last resort anyway compared to the wing options we have in our area but the fact that I just felt like I inconvenienced someone doing their job behind the counter here truly disappoints me. This girl had an ugly attitude. Poor work ethic in all of their employees, apparently. Makes me wonder who does the hiring?

Would be 2 stars but the Cajun Blackened Rub was good and was just enough to satisfy my hunger. Is it me or has the boneless wings significantly shrunken in size?! Well I made an order for the DC-10 and once I’ve paid and picked it up I felt a noticeable difference in the weight of the box it comes in. Usually it’s heavier and once I open the box, the wings are tiny! The two flavors I had were Cajun blackened chicken and garlic parm. The Cajun rub was great and packed with flavors but the garlic parm was just a poor attempt. I used to come here a lot and now I know I’ll be looking for another Wings spot. Thank you Wings Over for the memories.

They are fortunate I’m giving them one star. They’re only receiving this one star because their bathrooms were moderately clean. Horrendous customer service. Rude counter clerk who gave a snide remark about my order being«another ten minutes, well you only called five minutes ago» when the server specifically told me to not be late for the order. Just rude and my wings tasted like vinegar. Disgusting… Rather buy wendy tenders and pour franks red hot on them. GROSS will never return.

Honestly this place is simply average… I expect wings like this from Stop and Shop or another grocery store. The last time we had them they were the best but only because we asked for them well done… we learned our lesson. The first time they were mushy and soft. Always ask for them well done! The sauce selection is great and tastes good but they are overpriced! 24 wings with 1 container of dip is $ 25 and change when you pick up. You have to pay extra for celery which is ridiculous. When don’t you get either celery or carrots with wings? I called thinking they forgot the celery but it’s not included.

The boneless wings are delicious. One of my favorite wing places to order from. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

Wing quality, 1 star. Sauce selection, 4 stars. They charge a delivery fee plus you have to tip, 1 star. Delivery time, 3 stars. Value is not good for the money, WAY overpriced compared to awesome wing joints like Sliders. Basically, if you want good wings, this is not your place but if you want conveniance(hey, we all have those lazy nights) then this is the wing joint for you.

Being a chain, you pretty much know what to expect. Never had the bone-in wings but a big fan of the boneless wings as well as their variety of sauces/rubs for the chicken. Their chicken sandwiches are HUGE and very tasty!

I specifically told olé girl that took my order over the phone to make sure EVERYTHING was WELLDONE and of course there wasn’t anything well done the wings were soggy and tasted undercooked i don’t mind it being late if you have re cook them bell that’s how I ordered them I took a break from them for a while and now I think it’s time I only order when I’m in severe need of some wings I know people who sell wings from their home and deliver and you still get them crispy how ever that sweet onion bbq sauce is great…

I’m not sure if it’s this specific location, or just Wings Over locations in general, but the place has majorly gone downhill since they opened. The last couple times I had their wings(both bone-in and boneless) they just weren’t good. That does not bode well when the place is called Wings Over. Perhaps it could be renamed«Wings — Overrated»? The selection of sauces is pretty good but you could also get a good selection of sauces at places like Sliders, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. and they would all be better quality than Wings Over. I actually tried their ribs a could times, and they got worse each time I had them, which like I said before, might be a case of Wings Over declining in quality as a whole over time. If you are really in the mood for wings in the Bristol area, take a trip to world-famous J. Timothy’s or Sliders instead.

Ordered the Hang Glider DC-3 tonight. Spicy Teriyaki flavor. Meal was decent tasting, just the right amount of spice for me. Felt though the meal as a whole was a bit pricey at $ 8.99, but only by a buck or so. Last time I went the Cajun Blackened wings. I agree with Jay A, felt those wings had way too much blackening spice on them, would not order that flavor again in the future.

Great wings we go there all the time. the cool flavors are amazing, the hot wings are very hot with no real flavor. Good and fast service, will always go back.

Bumping my review down a star. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from Wings Over Bristol were not as good as the first time. Before I get into the orders let me say we’ve attempted to order delivery 3 times before actually placing an order. Seem Wings Over shuts down delivery services randomly for unknown reasons. Very strange for primarily being a delivery restaurant. The past 2 orders have been ok but not great. The blackened boneless chicken was next to inevitable. WAY too much blackening spice on the chicken. WAYWAY too much. The flavor was fantastic just too much. Seems like anything I get that has a spice instead of a sauce is just over spiced and not very good. The variety of BBQ sauces and buffalo sauces, however, are still really good. Delivery times are off too. One time delivery was about an hour. The last time I ordered the girl who answered the phone advised me that it would be 45 to 55 mins. I was fine with that so I went to do something away for a bit. The delivery guy was there in 25 mins. Called me and when I couldn’t get to my cell had WIngs Over call me to tell me they were there. I managed to get to the phone and then answer the door with a look on the driver’s face like wtf… So I apologized and told him the girl told me 45 mins. His response was«Yeah pretty much whatever they say is usually the exact opposite.» We had a laugh about it so it ended fine. Just be warned.

Two stars based on last order. Normally five stars. Wings were soggy and not cooked like they usually are. Spoke with the manager who claimed to have made the order personally. We order the same order A LOT! Like 3 times a month. Not one was the manager willing to admit a problem. Take ownership! He was rude and condescending. Certainly not what you’d expect after spending $ 25

We got delivery, and had 40 wings, with three different sauces: Sweet Chili, Citrus Chipotle, and West Texas Mesquite. There were also orders of boneless buffalo wings in Red Alert and Jet Fuel(I didn’t think it was terribly hot). The West Texas Mesquite ended up being my favorite, but the Sweet Chili was pretty good. The WTM was crunchy but with great flavor, and I think I just like a tangy sweet chili sauce in general. I will say, for the two of us that tried the boneless buffalo wings, we were sick that night and the next day(not terribly, but it was a rough day at work). Overall, it was still pretty good and I would order from here again. Delivery was a bit slow, but the convenience of ordering online kind of made up for it.

Placed a delivery order that totaled $ 64.95 and with tip my investment was over $ 70. For that kind of money I got three deliveries, an incomplete order and a manager(JT) telling me that my issue was«allegedly» not correct… as to say I was manufacturing this problem. If you want to get plenty of excuses, little satisfaction and insulted then you can give these guys a try. Lesson learned was to not pay in cash, check the order before the driver leaves and feed the seven kids something else before calling this establishment. My advice to the manager as he asked me how to make this right because he couldn’t seem to find one was one I share with you… treat your customers better then you treated me.

Good wings, with a great sauce selection. Service has always been good. My only advice is order online if you can
