The Traveling Winers on Oklahoma Wine Trail
The biggest piece of advice we can give you about this vineyard is 1) go to the website first and print off the map, and 2) GO! Although it is a BIT out in the country and you have to drive quite some distance on gravel roads, it is definitely worth the trip! We got so lost on our way to this winery, thinking that we may never get out of Green Country, because even our GPS was confused with all the country dead-​end roads. But we prevailed! We didn’t give up! And we were definitely rewarded with a gem of a visit.
This place makes wine out of everything! (Ok, so we’re exaggerating, but that’s what it seems like). And although we don’t typically care for fruit wine or even really hugely different varietal grapes, we actually thought that a couple of their wines were so different and interesting that you just couldn’t not drink them because they were so enticingly different. Okay, so that doesn’t make sense? I get that… I’m really not sure how to put this into words, so instead, why don’t you just go visit this vineyard and see for yourself!
