I received a message from Tonya G. (who is listed below as a reviewer, but is actually co-​owner) stating I changed my appointment several times and never rescheduled. This is entirely untrue, and I’m happy to provide the texts and emails wherein I confirmed my appointment, as recently as the week before. Additionally, if it were a true misunderstanding, why were my texts/​emails/​calls from the day of the scheduled move not answered not returned, and today, a month and a half later, is the first I’ve heard back? Not. a trustworthy company at all.
