Both of my sons just had their first visit here. They were both nervous, my older son doesn’t like doctors and my younger son picked it up from him, plus the idea of getting a shot terrified him.
Tom was great! He talked to the boys, asked them questions, and explained everything in detail, even explaining to my younger son how vaccines work. My older son left saying that the medical field actually seemed more interesting than he thought it would be.
We were all given plenty of time to ask any questions we had, and explanations were offered in as much detail as we wished for. All in all, I was very happy with the visits.

took my mother-​in-​law here today. barely a wait and the sign in the lobby says if you wait 15 minutes tell them. since we only waited about 5 minutes, i do not imagine they have many problems. the staff is great we saw Dr Cope and he is very attentive and nice. Laura drew blood and gave us a total education on how to get blood from an old arm with tight veins and explained everything she was doing. this is a great office and i am thrilled my m-​i-​l has found such a good place to go to have her problems addressed.
