I contracted directly with the owner, Julian. He was kind and explained exactly what they were going to do and why they were doing it. The company did exactly as contracted. They dug on the outside all the way down to the bottom and sealed the wall. They hulled all of the dirt out and brought stone in to fill the hole for drainage. They cleaned up well after. I’m very glad I had it done from the outside and sealed instead of done on the inside with a sump pump where water still comes in. I’m happy to finally have a dry basement.

Very dissatisfied with service. Paid to have basement waterproofed and after a year basement is leaking again, called and told them the basement is leaking and they refused to fix it or give us any refund. Awful company.
