There are 3 kinds of service; Good Service, Bad Service and worst of all(what I have gotten from Com-Doc in the past 24 hours) No Service. I called YESTERDAY morning and asked for service via voice mail and heard nothing. I called AGAIN at 11:02YESTERDAY morning and was told(rather abruptly) that my request had been heard and the repair was dispatched to a tech who sets his own schedule and he will get to me. He hasn’t and now we have been down(in a 24÷7÷365 business) for more than a day.
