This place doesn’t ever deserve a star. Byron (the manager at broad view) is a good worker but Bernie pretty much keeps him in a sweatshop. Bernie is scary. This place is scary. Don’t go here

After On the Spot dry cleaning LOST a pair of my suit pants, there fearless and «integrity» filled owner, Bernie, did his own investigation and had determined that I had the suit pants in my possesion. Usually I’m a very laid back, easygoing customer and am very understanding of mishaps. Bernie seemed, at first, like he was willing to help me get out of my situation. However, he determined (how I’m not sure) that I was making a two month long attempt to swindle him and his company out of the cost of a pair of suit pants! DO NOT BOTHER GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS, THEY CLEARLY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Been going here for over 5 years and within the past year they keep getting rust stains on my husbands shirt. The first one I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the next two I wanted answers. They told me it is rust but they swear they didn’t do it ?? Considering my husband works in a clean controlled environment with no exposure to rust I know they did it! They did a re-do on my shirts and the next batch I picked up had more rust spots. We will not be coming back here anymore.
