I stopped in quickly for Kleenex (chronic runny nose), and expected to be in and out in a few minutes. This site is a former Old Navy store, that offers a minute clinic, photo center and drive through pharmacy. I did a quick run through, and was able to find what I needed quickly and headed straight to the line– this is where I got really annoyed.
Their photo department and main checkout are one in the same. There is 3 registers there, but only one was open at first. It was very slow. They did call for backup, but it seemed like no one wanted to really help, and the cashiers seemed to wanted to pass off the work to someone else (maybe it was a manager or something). It took too long to check out.
The lot here is also a nightmare. There is marking on 2 sides of the building but there seemed to be a lot of confusion and anger with the patrons from the store. I felt like I was at risk to get hit! I will avoid this location at all costs in the future.

I stopped in to buy a gift card. Waited in line ten minutes while the two cashiers were learning to use their new registers. I finally walked up to one cashier and the other told her to go take her lunch brake. She just turned her back on me and walked away, never said a word. Needless to say I will only shop here as a last resort.

Dear Walgreens,
I love Balance Rewards. Really. I have gotten lots of free stuff because of it. Please advise your cashiers to stop pushing the program when there are lines backed up. Maybe open additional registers. This location is consistently busy and your cashiers consistently explain the program to every uninterested patron. Maybe they are getting a kick back? I’m not sure. I am sure, though, that if we didn’t live across the street we wouldn’t keep coming back.

Store review:
This location had great inventory for the sale item I wanted so I was in and out within minutes so I can’t attest to overall customer service experience. The parking lot is a bit rough with people driving like maniacs so be careful. Otherwise the store is well stocked and they took my internet coupons without issue so I am a fan.
Pro– Pharmacy, milk sale, cosmetics etc
Con– Crazy parking lot
Hidden deal–
1. Use manufacture coupon, limit coupon total per item count
2. Register rewards and points now offer great credit for subsequent items
3. Sign up for the walgreens reward club to start saving points 5000 points = 5 dollars

If I could I would have gave them zero stars. Came in probably 2 mins before closing, I just needed to grab medicine real quick. The store manager was standing at the doors with his arms crossed and said, «If you arent back in a minute you wont be able to buy your things.» If I didn’t need it so badly I would have walked out. I work in retail and we never turn away or tell customers to get out. Very unprofessional and rude, and I will never return to this Walgreens. Target is in the same lot, a much better choice.
