Ummmmm, first of all, I’m an employee there on Friday night. Now for the FACTS. I was bowling with Joe the«new» owner when the«on lane» incident happened. We saw a young lady walking down the lane(which is full of lane conditioner) and he told her to get back and dont walk on the lane. All of a suddon, she barks back«who the *;”# are you»!? Yes, Joe was drinking on his NIGHTOFF, but not even close to intoxicated. BTW, he does not drink at all when he’s working, nobody does. In this group of kids I only saw one girl being the big mouth. The others looked to be perfectly well behaved. I was actually impressed with the amount of restraint he showed. Personally, I would of «lost it». This is not a review, just a different opinion of what happened. Please don’t judge any establishment you have not personally visited.

Some local friends and I haven’t been to Brockport Bowl since it re-opened so we thought we’d try it out. We called earlier in the day to see what time open bowling starts(because the alley is always crowded with leagues) and we were told«after 9:30» by a woman on the phone. We also looked up the hours online that stated the alley is open until 1 am. We arrived at 9:40 to allow time for the leagues to clear out and upon arrival we were greeted by about 5 employees staring at us. Then one employee says«uh sorry guys were about to close up.» Needless to say we will never be going to Brockport Bowl again. I don’t know what kind of company(that is newly opened with new owners) would turn away business ESPECIALLY when they told us they were open and to come AFTER9:30.

Old and outdated facility. They open whenever they feel like so you’ll just have to stop by and look for cars being around. Their bill exchange machine doesn’t work either.
